Discover the sights, sounds, stories and people behind RMS Titanic through the award-winning Titanic Experience. Spanning ten interactive galleries, the self-guided journey combines immersive technology, state-of-the-art projections and authentic artefacts that tells Titanic’s authentic story.

 

  1. SS Nomadic

Step aboard SS Nomadic, the last remaining White Star Line vessel and Titanic's original tender ship. Used to transport first and second-class passengers from Cherbourg to Titanic on her maiden voyage, it is one of the largest Titanic artefacts you can visit today. Better still, if you run out of time on the day of your visit, your ticket allows you to return and visit within a year of purchase.

 

  1. Discovery Tour

Join an expert guide for a 75-minute outdoor walking tour and uncover the true story of Titanic’s design, construction, passengers, crew and tragic sinking. Along the way uncover hidden symbolism around the iconic building before finishing in Hickson’s Point with a complimentary bitesize clanger along with a tasting of Guinness or Maine lemonade.

 

  1. Historic Artefacts

View the remarkable artefacts displayed in the Titanic Experience, connected to Titanic’s story including Wallace Hartley’s world-famous violin, Lord Pirrie’s 18ct gold pocket watch, an original Fosbery lifejacket and the Loving Cup presented to Carpathia’s Captain Rostron for his heroic efforts.

 

 

  1. Titanic Belfast Curates… Northern Threads

This free summer exhibition brings together some of the most exciting local designers to showcase how fashion and textile design can be bold, expressive and deeply connected to Northern Ireland.

Running until 30th September in the Andrews Gallery, at the heart of the exhibition are local designers Gráinne Maher, Hope Macaulay, Kindred of Ireland by Amy Anderson and Éadach by Sara O’Neill.

 

 

  1. Hickson’s Point

Experience the atmosphere of an authentic 1900s shipyard public house at Hickson's Point. Located on the plaza outside Titanic Belfast, it offers traditional music, locally produced food and a unique setting inspired by Belfast's shipbuilding heritage. Open daily, with live music every Saturday and Sunday.

 

  1. Titanic Slipways

Walk the very slipways where RMS Titanic and RMS Olympic were built and launched. Explore the life-size plan of Titanic’s Promenade Deck and visit the Titanic Memorial Garden, which commemorates those who sailed aboard the famous liner.

 

  1. Pop-Up Exhibitions

 

  • Across the Atlantic: Ulster & America – the Making of a Shared Story (until 13th July)

A free exhibition on Level 1 Apex exploring more than 250 years of connections between Ulster and the United States through migration, trade, industry and shipbuilding, linking Belfast and America long before RMS Titanic sailed in 1912.

  • Singing Threads (until September)

This large-scale textile installation by Irish artist Eimear Magee is free to view in Titanic Belfast’s Grand Atrium. Rooted in research, memory and material, exploring the human stories embedded within Ulster’s linen industry.

  • Titanic Fashion (until September)

Located on SS Nomadic and included with a Titanic Experience ticket, this special exhibition explores the elegance of Edwardian first class style through garments inspired by the fashions worn aboard Titanic.

  • Celebrating Eric Kuhne (14th July – September)

A free exhibition on Level 1 Apex. exploring the vision and legacy of architect Eric Kuhne and his team, whose imaginative design transformed Belfast’s historic shipyard with the iconic Titanic Belfast building, creating a globally recognised symbol of Belfast’s renewal and ambition that continues to inspire visitors today.

 

  1. Fleadh Cheoil nah Éireann 2026

The Maritime Mile will be filled with family entertainment and celebrations during the Fleadh Cheoil from 2nd – 9th August. Enjoy extended opening hours, live performances, buskers, open mic sessions, céilís, carnival games, film screenings and music and hospitality onboard SS Nomadic from 5th – 8th August.

 

  1. Sundays on the Maritime Mile

Step back to 1912 with a free family-friendly experience celebrating Belfast’s rich maritime heritage. Strike a pose at a free pop-up photo booth outside SS Nomadic during ‘Sundays on the Maritime Mile’ from 5th July. Capture the moment with a professionally styled period photograph with costumed attendants, inspired props and bespoke newspaper-style souvenir prints.
