Visit Belfast Strategy and Business Plan Tender
Visit Belfast is seeking proposals from suitably qualified and experienced tourism consultants to support the development of a three-year strategy for 2027–2030, along with a business plan for the first year of implementation (April 2027 to March 2028). The strategy and business plan will cover all areas of Visit Belfast's activity, including leisure tourism, cruise, business tourism and visitor servicing.
The finished strategy should build on what Visit Belfast has already achieved and set a clear, ambitious and future-focused direction for the destination. It should be grounded in robust market insight, international best practice, and a clear understanding of Visit Belfast's strategic and operational context. It should give Visit Belfast, its funders and its industry partners a shared view of the growth ambition, strategic priorities, interventions and enablers needed to deliver over the next three years.
